R & R's Enerdigm Micro-1 Hydraulic Filter is a one Micron filter for hydraulic systems that reduces the harm to the lines and other components caused by water contamination and "wear particle" damage.  Other filters typically miss these contaminants due to the size of their filters.  This Mirco-1 Hydraulic Filter, like its cousin, the Micro-1 Oil Filter, is a one Micron, two-staged bypass filter which extends the life of any hydraulic system.  Small "wear particles" crashing into seals and bends in hydraulic lines at 2,000 and greater psi can, over time, compromise the integrity and efficiency of the hydraulic system.  With this integrity compromised, the efficiency of the hydraulic system deteriorates, resulting in increased maintenance and downtime issues.  The proper use of the Micro-1 Hydraulic Filter will keep hydraulic systems operating in "as new" condition
